1. Complete restoration

It includes construction, finishing and plumbing work. All owners are eligible for assistance for the complete restoration of the building, provided that only the cost of the construction work is co-financed, while the rest is borne by the owner of the building.

2. Construction repair

Assistance can be requested by owners of buildings marked with a yellow or red sticker. Based on technical and financial controls, the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property decides to what extent the total cost of repairs will be co-financed.

3. Reinforcement of the structure

In principle, structural reinforcement is not co-financed. The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property decides on the basis of the results of technical and financial controls on the exceptional allocation of funds to building owners marked with a yellow or red sticker.

4. Self-renewal

Owners may renovate their buildings at their own expense after obtaining a renovation decision from the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property. After completing the work, they have the right to apply for financial assistance for building renovation.
