This beautiful stone house is located by the sea in the old town of Umag.

The house is registered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia.

The house consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a mansard of approx. 60 sqm.

It is possible to use it for residential and business purposes (catering facility – for which it is possible to get a permit to rent a terrace by the sea).

A part of the future Umag promenade runs along the coast, which will stretch for 40 km from Park Umag to Crveno vrh and, in the future, to Piran.

The promenade is already under construction in stages and will be completed in the next 7 years.
