The houses are located on the hill Petrovac, in Selca on the island of Brac. The town of Selce itself is known for its stonemasonry, which has a very rich stonemasonry tradition, and almost every house in the village is built of white Brač stone. The interior of the house, although appearing simple, has been carefully designed with a variety of design, historical and minimalist details. The predominant style is industrial with concrete walls as well as, to the surprise of many, a kitchen that is mostly concrete and also the largest decoration in the room. In terms of floor plan, each house has 35m2 and 15m2 of gallery. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom that is 9m2. The gallery has a bedroom connected by a steeland wooden staircase, overlooking the nature and the pool, where a piece of historical stone adorns the concrete wall of this room.
