Just outside the town of Novigrad, Villa is located on a plot of land in the middle of a pine forest. The legally protected 100-year-old trees hide the cosy and sleepy daily rhythm of the renovated old station, built-in Istrian autochthonous style.

The villa consists of 4 very comfortable double rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a real local kitchen and, of course, a fireplace, which is an indispensable part of the atmosphere of such an interior. Stone, wood and art paintings are interwoven in a history of ancient customs and an almost forgotten tranquillity. The peace with which the morning begins with the scent of flowers that penetrates through the “shutters”, the tranquillity offered by the centuries-old shade of the pines.

A large table in the artillery and an open fireplace provide an excellent family atmosphere for evening barbecues and social gatherings. The plot of 13,000 m2 offers privacy but also shelter for the youngest, making the villa an ideal place for a larger family with children. Many trees, beautiful terraces, flowers and a children’s park are an excellent base for a real vacation, and the beach at the famous Hotel Maestral is only about 200 meters away. TV , satellite dish and telephone complete the luxury, although all three elements should be avoided, because this villa is one of those places where it is worth spending a rare and precious vacation.
